  5. Go meet Magie on the other map, by entering the portal on the middle left (ba_pw02)Copiado!.
  6. Upon entering the map, Magie will talk to you. You meet with the old crew.
  7. Meet with Alp at the noth western portal (ba_pw01)Copiado! and talk to him. He will warp you to the next area.
  8. Once inside, speak with Lacis (ba_in01)Copiado!.
  9. Speak with Tamarin near the entrance (ba_maison)Copiado!. You need to register as a guest before being able to navigate through the Varmundt's Mansion. You will receive 5 1000103.png Varmeal Tickets and some experience.
  10. Speak with Mansion Manager Alpha right above Tamarin (ba_maison)Copiado!, to complete your registration as a guest of Mansion.

  11. Speak with Mansion Manager Alpha again. She tells you there is a problem with the relay network.

    You have unlocked the First Power Plant Cleanup daily quest.
    You have unlocked the Checking the Underground Condition quest.

Note: At this point, you have unlocked access to Varmundt's Mansion Garden. If you leave the map and want to go back, you have two options:

  • Go ask Nillem in Cat on Bullet pub (Einbroch > walk to (einbroch)Copiado! > NPC is at (pub_cat)Copiado!) to warp you back. He will charge 500 zeny each time. The first time you ask him to warp you, he will also give you the Magician's Bell.

  8. Speak with Dien next to him (if Dien doesn't show up, talk to Kaya Toss again).

    9. Talk to the Intruder again, next to the Repeater.
    10. Go back up a little and talk to Amanda, follow her.
    11. Talk to Erst.
    12. Move to the Hangar to the middle left side area (1@bamn)Copiado!.
    13. Once inside, approach Faulty and a cutscene will trigger.
    14. Defeat him.
    15. You can leave the area with the left portal.
  10. Speak with Erst outside of the room again (ba_in01)Copiado!.

  12. Once inside, speak with Smart Ellie (ba_in01)Copiado!. You'll be rewarded with 15 1000103.png Varmeal Tickets.

  13. When you leave the Hangar area, Philofontes and Crux will appear.
  14. Talk to Crux.
    Note: If you chose to depart later, Crux will appear in the guests' room, at (ba_in01)Copiado!.
  15. Once you get warped to the Prontera Castle, a dialogue will trigger for Nyhill's coronation.
  16. Move to the room below and speak with Nyhill.
    You have now finished Varmundt's Mansion main story quest.


Silence in the Library!

  1. Talk with Tamarin at (ba_maison)Copiado!.
  2. Click on the Fountain NPC at (ba_maison)Copiado! and let Dew wash himself.
  3. Head to the Library at (ba_maison)Copiado!.
  4. Go near the portal to trigger a cutscene, in the Library. You'll get warped in the next area.
  5. Speak with Library Manager Beta at the entrance.
  6. Go and watch the cutscenes at these 5 locations (marked on your minimap):
